Who Are Bob & Lindsay?

We are a husband and wife residential real estate team serving the South Metro Denver Area. Our business is built principally on referrals from past clients, friends, associates and our church family. Because our business is referral based, we are aware that our performance each and every time must be exemplary. We work together as a team and our differing strengths and personalities complement each other and combine to make our "team approach" to Real Estate something not often duplicated in our industry.

Cherry Creek serves the South Metro Denver area with five offices and over 600 agents. Its market focus is the same as our own. The offices are all newly decorated, fully staffed seven days per week and offer the latest, state of the art equipment. Our support staff is mature and seasoned, much as are we! What Areas Do You Service?

Our offices are located at the corner of Arapahoe Road and University Boulevard, in the heart of the communities we service which include: South Denver, South Aurora, South Jefferson County, Englewood, Littleton, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lonetree, Parker and other communities of Arapahoe and Northern Douglas Counties. We have strayed as far south as Castle Rock and as far west as Evergreen and Conifer and have gotten to know those areas almost as well as South Metro Denver. If your interest lies to the north, however, toward Boulder and Longmont, we would be happy to refer you to some excellent agents serving those areas.

What Is The Origin Of "The Dependable Duo"?

Because of our attention to detail and the consistent effort to attain excellence in all we do, one of our past clients dubbed us "the dependable duo". It is a phrase we have since adopted and now appears as a tag line on all our collateral materials. We even use it for our e-mail and URL addresses so you are not likely to forget it, or us!

What Are Your Backgrounds?

Bob began his professional career as a CPA and then served for 20 years in corporate finance and management. As the Chief Financial Officer of two hotel conglomerates, Bob was involved in the purchase and sale of hotels (another form of real estate), two public offerings, and traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and the Pacific Rim. Lindsay was originally an educator, having managed a day care center and taught 5th grade in public schools. For 20 years she was a homemaker and mother. During this period she gave generously of her time and talent to many non-profit endeavors as both an organizer and fund raiser.

What Services Do You Provide?

We are perfectly comfortable working with first time home buyers seeking a modest starter home and corporate executives who have bought and sold homes many times over. We assist both buyers and sellers with condominiums, townhomes, patio homes, single family residences and investment properties of one to four units.

What Advanced Training Have You Taken?

When working with buyers, we prefer to work as Buyer's Agents where we are the buyer's fiduciary and advocate throughout the transaction. To do this well requires special training. We have both attained the ABR advanced designation (Accredited Buyer Representative). Additionally, Bob and Lindsay have attained the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), another advanced designation earned by only 5% of all Realtors nationwide. We are both education "junkies" and have made continuing education a priority in order to stay on the cutting edge of our profession.
