We have said we are a referral-based business, and that is true. We work hard to earn your respect and trust and, in return, we expect that you will refer your friends, relatives and business associates to us whenever there is a real estate related need. throughout the transaction, at the closing, and afterward, we will remind you that the success of our business is dependent upon your referrals.

There are, however, other kinds of referrals. Are you anticipating a move or do you know someone who is about to move to destination outside of Denver? We can assist you by interviewing REALTORS at your destination, and recommending one or more who specialize in the type of property and area you want. In doing so, we can have a complete relocation package on your doorstep within a day or two. This service is free to you and you will be under no obligation to either us or the agent at your destination. In most cases, our recommendation turns out to be a good match. We utilize our extensive network of nationwide agents through the WCR, CRS and ABR memberships to find the perfect agent for you!

So, if you are contemplating a move outside the area, or if you have a friend or relative about to move, call us. Give us some basic information about the pending move and your wants and needs, and receive within a few days a complete relocation package for your destination, along with an agent referral from us--someone we feel will offer you the same knowledgeable and caring service we provide!

If you are an agent outside of Denver and have clients moving to our area, it would be our pleasure to be of service. We will not only help your client find a new home, but we will make the extra effort to ensure that they are knowledgeable in the purchase, and quickly become comfortable with their new city. We pay referral fees and will promptly issue you a written commitment upon receipt of your referral.
